Custom Creation Process:

  • Once we receive your Custom Creation information we will review the details and reach out to you for confirmation.

  • A detailed quote will be provided for your approval before the build begins.

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin the Custom Creations which is non-refundable once the build has started

  • The build time for Custom Creations varies depending on the scope, materials, process, finish, etc. This could be as short as 4 weeks or potentially as long as 2-3 months, including design, build and delivery.

  • We take pride in delivering heirloom pieces and we will conduct thorough quality checks throughout the process.

  • We will keep you informed regarding the progress via email or phone. Feel free to reach out to us for updates at any time. We value the ongoing collaboration and communication.

  • Design sessions are conducted over the phone, virtual or in-person meetings.

  • You will have final sign-off on the finished.

  • Depending the size, weight and overall design, delivery method will be determined prior to final order placement.
